Loren was well informed and excellent at explaining the multiple
steps necessary in obtaining our loan. During the process, I shopped
around at several major banks for a better rate on a 30 year fixed
loan. Loren not only obtained a rate that was 0.25 points lower
than all the other banks, but also had much lower closing costs.
I would strongly recommend consulting with Loren before you finalize
any new loan or refinance as you are likely to get a better rate
and lower closing costs. On top of that you get to communicate
with Loren at any time, instead of trying to work with a secretary,
